Terms of Service
1. Scope of Services
The fixed-price packages (€499 include only the features listed on the website. Additional requests (extra pages, special features, new content, logo design, etc.) are not included and will be quoted separately.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide all required content (texts, images, logo) in a timely manner. The 7-working day delivery time begins only after full content is received.
3. Revisions
Starter package (€499): 2 rounds of revisions included
4. Payment
Payment is 10% upfront and 90% after project completion (before the site goes live), unless otherwise agreed. All prices does not include VAT (if applicable).
5. Hosting & Domain 1 year of hosting is included. After the first year, hosting renewal costs €40/year + VAT. The client can transfer the website to another hosting provider at any time after full payment.
6. Liability We are not responsible for content provided by the client (e.g., text, images, logos).We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.
7. Applicable Law These terms are subject to German law.
